Tonight or should I say early tomorrow morning when the clock hit 12am or 1am, it should +1 hour, meaning if it’s 12am then it’s actually 1am, if 1am then it’s 2am, ensure your clock change, most device change automatically 🙂 Here in the east coast, right now is 11:15pm, but actually 12:15am just to be sure, I changed all my clock already to 1 hour ahead. This can impact people initially, so please if you don’t want to see too much impact to your health especially, be prepare go to bed one hour early now :). adjust one hour ahead will hurt, but adjust 1 hour back is healthy hahahah. OK see yah tomorrow, we all all loose one hour 🙂
