Tornado warning in Louisville KY be safe my friends March 2nd 2012 in effect until 9pm

I have a few friends in Louisville KY Kentucky, some old coworkers no longer with the company and some are still with the company. Hang in there my friends. There has been numerous tornado watch in this area for today, right now they’re experiencing high wind and big thunderstorm. I’ve been in Louisville KY multiple times many many times actually, then from there I usually drove to Philadelphia PA to meet my g/f or my wife now :). Kentucky I think is a big nice country side are, it does have nice downtown but not too crowded. Prepare for the storm people there, I’m sure you can find tips online I don’t have to post it here. The best you can do now is find a a secure place such as basement, and bring food snack water your family secure down there for few hours, it will be over soon, don’t try to go anywhere, just take a nap or sleep down there then check the weather channel or news ensure it’s safe to go back to normal life, hopefully not too much damage.

But in Ireland, Paul Diver has purchased a spectacular 55 bedroom hotel overlooking the Donegal coastline for a mere $860,000, down from the $6 million price the original owners sought for the Sandhouse Hotel three years ago.

Hello people, one of my online friend said his facebook account got hacked, luckily he got back. Be careful people, be wary, if you have online free email account such as gmail google, yahoo mail, facebook social media account that you use daily, please be careful, be wary, keep eye open, don’t click on links from email or websites links to your account. As safety security always type in the website name instead, I don’t even trust bookmark. There are many ways hackers can get your account if they have the will to do so, for whatever reason, such as hatred, curious, or just plain trouble maker … they can do. The most commons ways are through email, they send a fake email notification either from yahoo mail youtube facebook … and it look legitimate exactly like the notification sent from your service website, and if you click on it, chance are it will trick you to enter your login name and password, and voila, they now have access to your account, most social network harden their security by only allow known IP address to access, but that doesn’t stop hacker, it will simply slow them down a little bit, but they will get through, if lucky a hackers just looking for easy account, then they will ignore the one that’s hard to get in, but still possible. Other methods are through brute force, which they have tools that will keep on trying random typical passwords. More complicate method such as hacking directly to the server or exploit its weakness to access users information, encryption does help and hard for hackers to decrypt but eventually they will find a way. So be careful, be wary, keep eye open, practice not to click on email link, VISIT THE SITE BY TYPING IN the browser. Good luck! 🙂

Steamed chicken dip with salt lemon lime pepper

Love this simple dish, easy to make. Basically I steamed or boil the chicken in open pot for about 30mins boiling, ensure it’s not bloody inside the meat, completely thoroughly cooked. Then take it out for few mins let it cool, then chop it in pieces or tear the meat off like french fried, then dip with lemon lime salt and pepper sauce. Eat it while it’s warm, don’t let it cool down, don’t like it 🙂 Remember to always eat fresh and thoroughly cooked 🙂 My daughters and wife likes it also, easy to make dish 🙂

Dahlia my daughter have a cold again

I think this is the second time this year that she caught a cold somehow, my wife and I’ve been telling her to wash her hand and don’t stick hand finger into her nose ear eye mouth ect … even though she had a flu shot yearly but it doesn’t prevent all viruses I guess. I haven’t got a flu shot for a while few years at least, but by good practice such as wash your hand when you can, most places (business), now a day have a germ killer hand wash lotion that you can use before entering the store and leaving the store, this should help since the wash lotion does kills some germs, so use it :). A common cold is something as I know cannot be cured, just have to wash it out, drive it out, live with it for a few days to week, even you get a flu shot, it clearly indicate it does not prevent all the common cold viruses, there are different common cold viruses and the standard flu shot does prevent all, but most.
