New Ebay Paypal shipping tools save more money launching March 2012

Look like Ebay Paypal new shipping tools will save us lots more money than now. I personal like Ebay shipping tools, it does save me a lot of money for small items that can ship First Class 2-3 days versus the usps.com shipping only have priority 2-3 days. I believe Ebay paypal was able to get discount due to the business volume they have with usps. Can’t wait to use this tools, hope they have cheaper ground package heavy and bulky, because today USPS charged a lot of money for bulky heavy item that goes ground. Looking forward using this tool.
