Vietnamese Mi Vit Tiem (Mi Vit Tiem) is one of my favorite, nothing like a morning bowl of this Five Spice Duck Soup. Preparation isn’t easy, basically you gotta cook the duck first and cook again with herbal, it look burned but it’s not, it’s just well done cook with herbal moist. The soup is tasty as well, very good, and then all the vegetables such as mush room, nuts, green onion and other onions, and off course steamed pak choy. Add noodle add the duck leg and and poor a little bit of the hot soup over, taste as good as Pho or even better, I believe the price is higher than a bowl of Pho due to longer preparation and you get the whole duck leg. Can you substitute with chicken leg? -Yes, but it won’t taste as good. One thin to keep in mind is when you cook the duck, ensure all the fat melted away, fat isn’t good and isn’t healthy either, cook it like Roasted Duck let all the fat dripped away.

What I use yahoo calendar are, schedule certain task to occur at certain time and date and send me a text message or IM chat message or email notification, on cell phone text sms mms instant message. It’s pretty cool, kind of remind me what to do and so on. Now a day many people have many things to do running errands and stuff, with technology mayb people saids it’s making us lazier I have to disagree with that, most people like, have many things to do, many things to remember, so this tool help me greatly to schedule meeting, pay bills, reminders of certain tasks, and so on. I don’t believe it’s currently encrypted, but none of mine stuff are confidential anyways. If you want secure, you can try google gmail it also has calendar and probably better one faster, but I got use to yahoo already and haven’t been able to find a reason to move to gmail google calendar yet 🙂 Remember to use comment sense when accessing your account, always type in the browser gmail.com or mail.yahoo.com to access your account, don’t click on bookmark or links notify via email or something … be safe!

Not everywhere get four seasons weather like where I live. As I completed the dinner routine, as the kids went taking shower and ready for bead, everything quiet, I can hear the insect outside the front yard and back yard start chirping. The chirping reminds me springs is around the corner and summer following. The awesome wonderful spring weather, where the trees start to grows leafs again and so does the grass. Hopefully this year 2012 summer won’t be hot, we didn’t get much snow, so might be in for a drought because wells water not not gonna be enough so municipal water from outside county need to bring in, thus causing the price to go higher. I’m not sure if I want to build a rain water collectors yet, will be worth and will I have the time to put it together? I have quite a few things to do. Need prioritize. Anyhow, back to the topic, most insect are harmless and very helpful, some can be a pest and annoying. Here where I live, there are all kinds of insects so I have to be real careful not letting any of them inside the house. Occasionally I saw some stink bugs in the house especially on the windows frame, I don’t know how it managed to crawl in.
