Now a day when we go to any Vietnamese restaurant, chances are, they have Pho noodle soup. Pho is one of the best soup there are for the Vietnamese community. Some restaurant does cook it much better than others, some cook with natural ingredient, some with pre-made ingredient, kind of difficult to tell the different, some even say adding a little bit of MSG will make it taste better, hmm maybe that’s the secret ingredient , but too much MSG not good for one’s health, so stay away from too much MSG, a little bit MSG is fine. For me cooking home Pho especially at home, never taste the same as the restaurant, 1st I live in the East Coast and don’t have all the herb vegetable including the bean sprout readily available, so even if I cook the soup good and has the meat ball and beef but missing those herb vegie doesn’t make it taste as good. The best I at are Pho Ha and Pho Hoa in Philadelphia PA, those are good and closest to me, 45-60mins drive, worth the drive but hec the parking is crazy, like new york, you could be going around in a circle for 30mins without finding a parking space on a weekend.

We’re loosing one hour, tonight when the clock hit 12AM, it’s actually 1AM. This time change by one hour can have initial impact, oh can’t wake up, your body doesn’t feel like it, but eventually you will get used to it. I think we get like two time change per year, one hour forward, one hour back. Many people doesn’t know this time change at all or change it wrong, it is one hour forward, 1AM to 2AM. If your latest electronics devices such as a cell phone laptop computer TV and so on, most will change automatically depend on your time zone settings and if it has day light saving time change enable to change automatically, which it should for all new technology, and you set it up correctly. To verify, you can call the 767 # I think, or you visit http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ to just watch TV or news channel it will tell you the time or your scheduled program on the right time.

It’s insomniac. Most people have this and will stay away for days. Typical human being required sleep 6hours a night at least and sometime rest or nap during the day. However this man, haven’t been sleeping for over 40 years? How do we know if it’s true? well I did some research and found different sources such as wikipedia and the local news in Vietnam interviewed him and published many related articles, it was due to insomnia that cause a person to cannot sleep, but some article indicate a person will died after 9 days if he/she cannot sleep, but this man over 40 years, that’s a lot. Well the last article I read about this person, it indicated that “In October 2006, however, Ngoc reported that he was beginning to feel “like a plantwithout water” due to the lack of sleep.”

It’s getting colder now will be a very last cold night as we’re heading toward spring

Spring is days away, tonight will be the coldest night as we’re heading toward spring. With the wind chill factor, the temperature will probably get down to the teens. Again we didn’t get much snow and couple days ago, the temperature got up to like 70 degree. The Solar Blast from the sun doesn’t seem to impact the weather, but so far no major impact to any electronics communication devices, so I think we’re good. Did you see the sun blast images video released by NASA? it is indeed scary, now if NASA can see the blast and know the blast speed toward are million or trillion miles per hour, I think we’re safe from future invasion of alien planets or alien spaceship invading earth or other meteors or asteroids. I hope we can develop the spaceship soon, never know we need to leave earth due to the same events that wiped out the dinosaurs.
