Here are a few reasons I can think of why you should have your own personal blog on your computer or local server or webhosting thathave back up.
Getting an SSD storage device for my web server
I’m not sure which one I’m going to get yet, but base on benchmark performed by various users, it clearly indicated the SDD device out perform even the faster SCSI or SATA storage hard drive. This mean that if I use SSD for my webserver it should be faster than now. The server I have is an i7 16GB RAM 500GB storage not sure if it’s 54000 RPM or 7200RPM, the higher the better, but benchmark doesn’t seems to indicate the different much among those drives. Database maintenance for wordpress to run optimized
With phpmyadmin it is actually pretty simple:
FIRST: make a backup of your database.
The go into phpmyadmin, select your wordpress database, and click the sql tab, and enter the following query:
SELECT *FROM wp_comments WHERE comment_approved =”0″
that should select all 282125 records. If you get that number, then do the following query:
delete from wp_comments WHERE comment_approved =”0″

I just stopped by mom’s house and to pick up some appetite foods 🙂 this one on top colorful one are bánh tầm, so call. I remember having this in Vietnam school when I was in elementary there, well if we have money, we would be having a few of this colorful sweet coconut tasty snack.
